INA team certainly enjoying the greatest share for International Badminton for the 1/2 half of 2007..
They are the only team who capable to shine without the presence of China in any tournaments..
Their MD & XD department looks dominating since the WC.. That's only 2 area which they are capable to steal any title from the might China consistently.

I won my PAW on the MAS pair. I almost won my PAW on the DEN pair too and I'm just curious how the DEN pair lost the rubber set 18-21, very close.

INA only won 1 Superseries title until June... We were terrible in the 1st half of 2007! Our best accomplishment was being the Runner Up of Sudirman Cup [again]. We lost to China 2 times in a row [2005 and 2007]... Malaysia was way ahead of us in Superseries titles. Several by KKK-TBH and LCW...

We started our winning ways and confidence after Lily-Vita won the China Masters. I personally think THAT was a big turning point for us Indonesians... If we can win the WD in China Masters, we must be pretty good! We then became more and more and more confident in the past 3 months! :p :D We start to believe in ourselves again... :D

there's no question that INA is the 2nd badminton force, outside China. And after a terrible first half, INA is starting to shine after CHina Masters, let's hope the momentum continues till OG!

Korean MD has not performed well after WC...in the last 2 tournaments LYD/JJS lost even to Den veteran in very very close match,....this is very unlucky to lose 22-24.....I would like to see the tape of this match....good for DEN ( Lars/Jonas)

Simon and Sony are now under close supervision of Hendrawan... :D Hendrawan himself is improving as a coach... :)

I think realistically, LCW can very well beat Simon next time. What MAS has to worry now is their singles lineup for the 2008 Thomas Cup...
1st singles: TH vs. LCW 50-50%
2nd singles: Sony vs. Mr. Yoyo Hafiz; 60-40% Sony!
3rd singles: Simon vs. who?

Can you enlighten me why there is a need to save face for LCW?:mad:
Doesn't "to bring some comfort to the MAS squad" sound much better?:D:p

Well. MAS Team traditionally strong in the team events..
I still remembered how the MAS team beat the host China on their home soil in the semi final by 3-2 margin
