Very often if any of my rackets manange to survive for a few months the handle starts making a clicking noise. I pretty sure its just where the ferrel( the cone shape plastic bit) is glued to the handle. Probably if I could get that bit off and re-glue it then it would be OK.
Its annoying and doesn't inspire confidence in the shot.

Has anyone found a solution to this ?

yeah, the plastic polygon at the end of my racket handle fell off recently.
i had to re-glue it back last weekend using some super glue.
it's fine now. i've been playing with the racket w/o any noise or other problems.
though, i don't know any other solution.

I have the same problem with the ferrel(plastic cone) on my Cab21 before. I just twist the ferrel left and right until it came out, it might take a while, I than re-gule the ferrel back. The tweaking noise is gone but (doh!) I glued the flat side of the cone on the side instead of top and bottom (I rotate the cone 90 degrees).
