I'm kinda new to taking coaching and all. Was wondering how your days are split. E.g. the guys in my university team all have technique-perfecting days where they only work on technique, footwork, accuracy and precision e.t.c. Strictly NO GAMES. Only on Friday do they have games-day in which they are allowed to play matches supervised by the coach. Meanwhile my coach mixes both together so unless the technique/footwork/physical training was very intense, he will have us play at least 1 match daily and watch that. Saturday is a break from technique/footwork so only games are played on that day. How do you guys have it done?
