COACHING STYLE: How does your coach/you split training days?

I'm kinda new to taking coaching and all. Was wondering how your days are split.

E.g. the guys in my university team all have technique-perfecting days where they only work on technique, footwork, accuracy and precision e.t.c. Strictly NO GAMES. Only on Friday do they have games-day in which they are allowed to play matches supervised by the coach.

Meanwhile my coach mixes both together so unless the technique/footwork/physical training was very intense, he will have us play at least 1 match daily and watch that. Saturday is a break from technique/footwork so only games are played on that day.

How do you guys have it done?
 
We do 3 hours 5 times a week. It’s something like this:

30 minutes warm up lobbing and 6 corner shadowing

1hr first drill (predetermined shots, for example cross smash drive tap, block net smash)

1hr second drill (random shots, for example 6 corner random 4 corner random 1 backcourt 1 frontcourt random)

Last 30 minutes match, then stretching.

Optional stamina and strength training. I don’t force them to do this it’s more of a if they want to improve I’ll help them
