Anyone have shtveit's number? I lost it gahhh can't get hold of shtevit atm...but I need to contact him by tonight. If anyone has his number please pm me it. Thank you very much.
Yesterday, me and shtevit headed over to cnh =D and also with larry and another friend. Thank you very much bms for helping me out!
shtevit will probably drop by for a second round of VRC action tomorrow. Anyone else want to join in?
50/50 chance...sighh..if I didn't lose his number..then contacting him would be easier lol.
So who is going to show up?
You're welcome. Just by simply changing
(1) your footstance
(2) where you stand on the court
(3) and focus on serving low to the net
your backhand serve improved from 4 to 8.5 (out of 10) ....and that took less than 2 minutes! Now focus on serving consistently....
Side note, watch-out for your non-racquet foot when you're serving on the even-side, sometimes it's touching the centre line.
Now I just need to get used to use the racquet foot forward.I sometimes forget to change the feet around =(.
Hey, BMS I'll be headed to CNH today again most likley-90% coming.
Any particular shot / drill you want to work on?
Just lots of footwork and my grip =(..a very big thank you to mb becauuse I never ever knew I used the pan handle grip of normal shots I want to work on smash accuracy if you don't mind and some drives etc.Your too kind bms!
anybody going to this today? I might be interested..
Thanks for coming out TheRisingX.
I hope you feel a little bit more confident with your smash returns, remember the change in your defensive stance.
See you next week at Bonsor & at Collingwood.
BMS, you never teach me about smash returns, how come?!
W22C, to teach you smash returns is like cooking the goose that lays the golden egg!
Every time we smash, you would get it and graciously lift it back for us to smash again...I don't see anything wrong with this picture!
thank you BMS for being so kind I should come up with some stuff that I want to work on next week...
dave, care to take a peek at my post in the VRC forum? I'm hoping someone will
You'll have to get in touch with some juniors and talk to them personally, to see if it's worth it to join VRC. I see lots of junior training on Saturday mornings at VRC, so maybe drop by around that time, and see if it's something you'd like to get into.
Most (I think) VRC members here on the forum are a little older than your age group and might not provide the perspective you're looking for.
BMS, i will be busy on wed night so I'll be coming to CNH again on thursday, hope to see you there...!
