Copenhagen Masters 2008?

how come this year it is not being held?
and one more question, since it is a high ranking invitational tournament, how come players such as LCW, LD aint invited?
 
From BWF calendar, Copenhagen Masters 2008 will be held from 27 to 29 December/08 to stage MS, WS and MD matches. Yup, this invitational tourney doesn't provide any ranking points only prize money and the high calibre players usually skip it except top-Danish shuttlers.
 
We're still awaiting..

..our Danish' BC correspondents, yannie & anneskyt, to fill us in on this tourney...Maybe they're still in a holiday/vacation mode..;)

yeah this is my busiest semester in uni... i really hope time flies :crying:
i need to go attend class all 3 days during copenhagen masters.. faint.. but can choose morning or evening class....

Btw, speaking of time flying fast (i mean really fast), who knew you're halfway in your uni study already??:eek::)..Pretty soon, you'll graduate & possibly be working full-time like most of us...:p ;)

"The cosiest badminton tournament in the world!"

...hmmm, if so, then i hope they'll provide blankets, gloves, socks and warm Starbucks coffee for the spectators...:cool: ;)
 
Sony and Kido/Setiawan had been invited and they have accepted....Th was not invited this time eventhough he expressed his desire to participate.

yeah... but still long time to go... but would be great if they can come.
also i heard kkk/tbh have been invited, same with lin dan & xxf.
