According to Rexy, CCM/KKK will be the definite first double and LWW/CTF as the second double. This was confirmed by Rexy himself in the interview done by Utusan Malaysia. For those who knows Malay, go the website and has a peak.

I made the mistake in 1998 and 2002 but the point i wanted to carry is M'sia always do well in semi-final......they hardly lose in the semi.

I think Denmark team's pretty solid beside the 3rd singles but I don't think they will be foolish enough to allow themselves to fall to that situation.

They will probably field Jonas Rasmussen and Lars Paaske in as #2 men's doubles. These two are excellent whenever they control and play their usual game.

    PG vs LCW 50:50
    KJ vs Hafiz 55:45
    JE/ML vs KKK/CCM 60:40
    JR/LP vs CTF/LWW 55:45
    3rd singles 45:55 to MAS

I think it will boil down to #2 singles and the two doubles as they seem to be more solid and stable than their MAS opponents. Peter GADE can also win if he finds his rhythm and control the game & pace; otherwise, LCW has too much energy compared to him.

Although I am Asian, I want Denmark to win so that European badminton will be inspired and develop great badminton players to give the Asians more competition thus making the game better & more fun to watch. It is boring if badminton is just between the four strong Asian countries (eg. China, Indonesia, Malaysia, & Korea).

How I wish I am in Tokyo right now and give malaysia a support....hehehe

Why JPA sent me to London instead of Japan for my degree?

Anyone know which country is the host for the next Thomas Cup? Is it UK?

The point is M'sia hardly lost in semi and they always prevail in the semi. That's mean they have high chances winning tomorrow.

I think you misunderstand my statement because you didn't read my earlier post.

Wow! Imagine how excited I was when I found a badminto forum online! Darn! Wish I had known this earlier then I would have so many "kaki" to discuss with.
I remember watching my first Thomas Cup tournament on TV back in 1988 (won't disclose my age...hehe...) when MAS sent INA packing, and saw the emergence of Rashid Sidek and the legendary Cheah Soon Kit, whom I really feel for as he has never won an individual doubles title despite being at the top for so long, and was on the losing side twice at the final of MD in Olympics!

Hey JR, if you guys beat Malaysia tomorrow and meet China next, I will support you. But if you meet Indonesia, then I'm supporting them, the Indonesian players have not been well treated by their own association.

But first things first, for tomorrow's game, I'm supporting Malaysia.
