Dragonball thruster racket Goku edition

Hey everyone, am new to this group. I recently bought the Victor dragon ball Goku edition, and the racket feels loose from the grip stock to the shaft of the racket. It seems to make a tiktiktik sound and is slightly movable when I hold both and adjust it.

Is this meant to be normal? the shop told me every dragon ball racket is like this

Great, you learned the „Kamehameha“ feature of the Dragon Balls racket ... Jokes aside ... I saw the same problem with a new Victor Thruster Raptor. Is apparently a problem that VICTOR has with the medium-priced rackets, here the QC does not seem to work properly.

Don’t let the shop tell you nonsense, the racket is defective and MUST be exchanged.
