Would you guys be suspicious of a z strike that started 1111 on the cone code. It's a possible date, but just looks funny on the racket. I'm in vietnam, which is swimming in fakes, some of which are very convincing. TIA

Hi Fred - it's been a while so hope you're still about. May I ask how this got resolved? I've got two Z-Strikes and on one the serial number can barely be seen by eye or camera lense. Oddly also, the rackets are weight distributed differently despite being strung the same (one is head heavy and the other evenly balanced), same grip, etc. Both rackets cost the same but were from different countries in Europe. I'm not sure if the matte white shaft affects the laser engraved serial number.

Anyway, hope you reply - thanks!
