Oh, that's interesting cause the last time I was there many, many moons ago it was also quite dry. So it has to do with the monsoons. But do you see ladies bathing and doing their washing by the riverside as some artists have captured on their canvas for immortality!

Mr X Ball, you saw the QF results, Roslin Hashim (5) failed even to overcome qualifier Wu Yunyong. Kendrick Lee (4), on the other hand, make a mockery of the seedings by beating all opposition, even Lee Tsuen Seng (2) and Przemyslaw Wacha (1) in the SF and F. Roslin never had the chance to meet Kendrick in the final and Kendrick deserved the Dutch crown after his last major title a few years ago, the US Open. So with glee that I look forward to your satay treat!
It is always better to give than to take in life -- so the next satay treat is mine with pleasure -- question is when ? Maybe when I come down for Christmas, or if you happen to cruise up here. On Kendrick, he has been knocking on the door. This tournament suited him.
