    I don't watch much teevee..

..but here are a few, when i get a chance to sit in front of a tube (from least watch to most watch):
    - The Biggest Loser
    - CSI
    - The McLaughlin Group (i love the banter between both sides, the Left & Right, of the spectrum)
    - American Idol (i still remember the Ken Lee audition & trial episodes~remember that? that was totally "dope")
    - So You Think You Can Dance (i love the expressions when a contestant gets booted)
    - Fox News (who could resist the good looking anchorwomen)...and Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck, Bill O'Reilly..

    showing my age...

Most of those shows you listed are new since Love Boat, right?:p

The TV shows I hear about are the ones my dear wife watches alone when I'm late at work. Can't say much bad about Chuck....that Aussie spygirl has talent.
My wife also likes Medium--and it turns out that a couple of the stars are fanatic racket sport players.

Why don't you add The Mentalist with Lie to Me. Basically these are the only 2 shows I watch now, apart from Entourage and Boston legal which I have on DVDs.

I heard good things bout Dexter, but don't want to commit to spending too much time watching tv.

It's only an hour everyday of the week =D

Plus I'm a student, so... I find lots of time to kill at night.

    What's mentalist about? Solving crimes?

    * seems everyone made Smallville as one of their favourites!* ;)

Indonesian Drama TV - You must be surprised to see how many of those had been aired here in Malaysia.

Ah yes, i can watch episodes of Spongebob over and over again.

Mythbusters (the best TV program of the past ten years, IMHO),

Lost (yes, I am probably the only one still watching it),

Bones (though I don't know why they didn't just call it "X-Files 2"),

Family Guy (the funniest entity ever created by the hand of Man - I will brook no argument on the subject),

Scrubs (but I think the new series will be a mistake).

None of them are UK-produced... how odd:D. We can't make a good program to save our lives!

Don't really know how to explain it. Just someone who is more observant than others seeing through the lines. Something like Lie to me also.

Recently been following Medium as well on british tv (BBC = uninterrupted by commercials ). Only thing is it airs at 2-4 AM over here . Good thing it's on a friday though ...
Been following House more reularly as well, maybe due to a lack of other shows on. I think that's followed by Castle but can't stand the face of the lead so don't follow it (Johnny from 2 Guys and a Girl/and a Pizza place).

Also watching Law & Order, Boston Legal, Missing, Bones, Desperate Housewives, Heroes, Friday Night Lights, Entourage, Weeds, Dark Blue. The McLaughlin Group, airs somewhere in the morning during the weekend over here, used to watch it when I happened to catch it, quite entertaining indeed [IMG]. Last saw one a few weeks ago but haven't spotted it since ...

I was watching this The Ghost Squad (2005) on belgian tv two months ago and all of a sudden Spooks was on after a few weeks . Just read now there were only ever made 7 episodes due to poor viewer ratings. (What did they expect putting it in a timeslot after 11 PM ). Still makes you wonder what the belgians were thinking to air it at all :p

According to a DVD extra, David Cubitt and Miguel Sandoval from this show play racket sports between takes on the set. Maybe some clever California BC member should enlist them into our fold.
We need "star power" for North American badminton now that Paul Newman is gone.:(

Family Guy is great but I still prefer Simpsons... it's always been my favourite.

As for Scrubs, after the first esp of the new season, I just stopped watching it. Without the former cast, the show just sucked. Agreed, it was a big mistake, they should of just ended the series on a good ending... now it's probably going to be known as the series that sucked in the end.

Actually 1 UK show that i've been watching is Hustle.
I like con artist show, very clever!!! too bad this show is only 6 esp long per season.

I am now up to date with the Mentalist. Good show, clever and funny. I'd recommend it.
