ZYW/WYL took the 1st set 21-12.
PG vs CJ, level 18-18
He's about to prove his mental strengh, nice comeback to 18-18
btw what's the 'H' in Peter Gades name on tournamentsoftware? Never heard he had a second name
this question got overlooked^^
Peter is a mentally strong veteran, you can ask player at that age to perform marvelously day in and day out. Be reasonable.
hope he proves it tonight
CJ ahead 19-18... CJ at match pt 20-18...
it's now or never..
Damn it, Peter lost 21-19. Good job though, CJ!
NO. Peter lost it 19-21.
Always the same story.... why peter?
And we can see balancing power on Greysia/Jo vs Aki/Tomomi games.
Very tight. Tied at 11-11 in the decider.
CJ just won the game.
21-15, 15-21, 21-19.
With the New Scoring System (NSS), a win/loss of a match is only separated by 1 or 2 pts.
Too bad/cruel for those who lose just by merely 1 or 2 pts.
The stamina factor takes the main part of PG's loss.
The INA WD regain the lead 13-12 in the rubber.
Now is coming to the court, Sudket/Phattapol vs Lee/Jung.
I often hardly write Thais' names in complete.
PG already surprised me by pushing CJ to the limit!
I think they are going to win the game, now leading 16-12, 17-12
I have read articles on Peter's mental toughness. It said that Peter would have achieved more if he is mentally tougher.
Good for my PAW then.
OWH..... WD INA can go far in this tournament.... hopefully they can go to SF with Flandy/Vita
