    This is good stuff here:

“It was only then that I realised having a relaxed grip in badminton means the handle is not fully against the palm in the swing until just before striking the shuttle.”

    this might be most helpful.

Ah right. Because I was holding the smartphone camera in the other hand and somehow it was difficult to video my right hand moving forward in a normal swing/stroke using a forehand grip. Weird but couldn't get it to work against gravity to show the gap by the hypothenar area.

Ok yes I think I understand now about the loose grip. So am I doing this when I do a full swing , or just when I’m doing a half swing ?

Works with both swings. Easier to start practicing with slower half swings first to get the timing right. Then gradually increase swing speed as your stroke clicks in better.

When you practice, very important keep it relaxed. Don't force it. Listen to the racket speed to hear how effective and efficient your stroke is and adjust the timing and stroke as you practice. Don't go for full power yet until your timing is perfect.

    Start with short swings first.

    Nice work.

When you land after hitting the shuttle, try to have less weight on the heels.

Your left arm has improved a lot - you might be able to eek a little more power on the smash by reaching forward with the left am just before the start of the right arm swinging. That reach forward can help open the pecs a bit more to use some upper body recoil in the smash. Not everyone can do it.

The slow motion examples from 3.00 in this link show it more clearly.

all round game play reading and consistency has improved. but the mechanics of overhead strokes still off - try to get racket elbow forward more, and do not open your racket face so early. as cautioned before, right now you are reinforcing bad overhead stroke.
