Hundred is new brand from sunlight sports.
Sunlight sports in SEA is Li Ning distributor.
Their racket price list is currently below 40 usd.
Anyone already try these rackets?
For low budget, I still like Li Ning but currently there are many brands for low budget like apacs, maxbolt, kason, etc

Hello - first post here!

I am getting my hands on the Hundred Battle 600 purchased from Indonesia. Getting it delivered to Australia as we speak and can't wait to try. I notice the brand is expanding in Oceania region quickly. Hoping to get the brand marketed out here in Australia soon.

How is the racket?

Hi Iwan,

Since I bought a few different ones, I didn’t end up giving the Hundred Battle 600 as my first try of the brand, I strung and used Hundred Rock R8 with bg66um instead. The other model I got is the Hundred Cult 77. I can try my best describing how they feel comparing one another.

My first impression of all the racket models they all have neat paint jobs and the decals are consistent. They claim to be head-heavy with balance around 300mm and 4u in weight. I somewhat agree to the specs based on the swing feel of it. They’re not extremely head-heavy like AX99 for example.

Battle 600 looks clean as I got the white colour model. It has clear grommets all around the racket head and has mid-flexible shaft. This model is the stiffest out of all. To me this feels like the less stiffer version of 100zz. IMO, Rock R8 and Cult 77 kinda feels the same. Just slightly different in weight and head frame shape. The flexible shaft makes it feel easier for smashes.

Another detail that is similar between the three is the same shaft length and shorter grip length. They’re similar to Astrox series grip length with Yonex. All in all, they are all very well made badminton rackets. Nearly too good for the price I reckon.

Hi, I purchased the Hundred Battle 700. Let you know how it is after I've tested it out. From the website and what the stall helper recommended, seems like it's a top tier racket. However, I'm still very apprehensive on why it's so cheap. Hopefully the racket doesn't let me down. Let's see how it fairs against the Yonex Astrox 88D pro.

Any update on the racket?

i've tried Hundred Primearmour 800
this is the first racket that i bought by myself.

when i come to a sport shop, i asked for a beginner friendly racket.
there are some choices that they offer, but Hundred gives the best bonuses.
a leatherish badminton bag, string, and also a shirt and so i fall for this package.

it is Hundred Primearmour 800. stringed to 28lbs (the shop tender recommended lower tension, seeing my small hand, but i insist).
indeed it is a beginner friendly racket, my friends correct my technique in the court to do better serve, lob, drive, smash, backhand, etc. and i think i can follow their instructions.

as for comparison, i also have another racket, it says Astec Titanium Force 22 on the shaft, so this is the only racket i can compare with.
they both are about on the same weight, about 85gr ish range, but Hundred Primearmour 800 is easier on hand and shoulder because its flex shaft and headlight weight balance.

Hundred Primearmour 800 is good to learn smash, although it is a headlight racket. but sometime i feel like the orienting/shot placement is not consistent, it is easy to overshoot/go wide. i also feel that it's lacking the "umph"/power compared to the titanium force.

I think Hundred Primearmour 800 is really good for front player for netting and drive. i think the flex shaft making it bouncy, so no need much effort to return shot.
As for playing on the back, i would recommend aiming the smash in the middle court or the player instead of aiming on the corner.
and go play for long rally, as the flex shaft will allow to play 4 consecutive double games without really draining my power. while the titanium force racket will make me exhausted and my hand go in pain after 3 or 4 games.

good paint job, although i got it chipped after some collision.
later i heard people says that it is a Li Ning's knock off/rebranded racket? but i also heard people says that their string line of product is made in Japan.

Anyone tried the Nitrix 70 venom? Or how it compares to the 100zz?

Since Hundred is a brand frm Sunlight Sports, which is also SEA distributor for Lining, I wonder if Lining is the OEM for Hundred products. The coloration of their products are much identical to Lining's.

They are two different brands (not connected to LN). HNDRD is a young brand based in Singapore just happened distributed by Sunlight . Source: racket scientist youtube.

Interesting indeed haha, i just notice this brand after noticing several Danish players & K. Srikanth using it's brand. Surprisingly their shoes are super cheap, good cushioning similar with Yonex's power cushion & comes with carbon fiber plate for only around $60+ a pair here in Malaysia.

Anyone tried the Nitrix 70 venom? Or how it compares to the 100zz?
I have both in 4u I've only used the venom for 5 sessions and in my opinion the nitrix is a tone down version of the 100zz.
The shaft is more flexible (still stiff) than the 100zz, giving it a whip effect which produces easier shots even when i miss time hits. it also doesnt tire me out after 2-3hr sessions unlike the 100zz (I would switch from the 100zz to a easier racket half of my sessions before i got the venom). Now for some sessions i would start with the 100zz then switch to the venom mid session because it felt similar and was getting tired from using the 100zz, and some i would start with the venom and switch to the 100zz mid way because I wanted more explosiveness and control.

The venom does have a damp feel compare to the 100zz which gives a direct crispier feel when hitting the shuttles. I had trouble peforming slices maybe because i haven't had enough time with it I'jm not sure, I tend to do different shot variations and the slices were the biggest issue for me. The 100zz produces stronger steeper smashes for me (my pov) and i feel like the 100zz is faster in drives and net play. The 100zz is better in control such as counterplaying netspins, drop shots and slices.

I've tried different rackets ( 88d pro 3rd gen, 99 pro 2nd and 3rd, axforce (80, 90 dragon, new, 100), Ryuga 2 Metallic and 2 Pro, Thruster Ultima, Claw Ultra) that could compete with the 100zz but i think the venom is closest to the 100zz in terms of peformance and feel, if the 100zz was a 10/10, i would give the venom a 9/10 in similar peformance. If you want the 80-90% of the 100zz peformance but dont want to spend big money on it i recommend the venom.

Thanks for the detailed comparison. I have 2 100zz and it’s my go to racket but with it now pushing £220ish I wouldn’t get another. Especially since the venom is literally like half price and very similar.

VAT sucks

I just ordered the Volta, flareon 700 and Hyfonic 7 to test.

My current/past most favorite rackets:
TKFE (Since release)
90K M
90K OG
JS12 OG

We will see how this new brand feels.

My HUNDRED Nitrix 70 Venom and Flareon 700 are currently at the stringer, I hope that I receive the two rackets next week and then I can test them.
