Instructions for our CCC 'Booking In List'

It's always coming out in a mess

Many CCCers are now using iPhone or iPad to book in for our CCC Badminton sessions at BadmintonCentral.

Somehow, it's always coming out in a mess. :o:o:o

Hope that CCCers/BCers who know how to post correctly (using iPhone and iPad) will inform us on how to reset our iPhone and/or iPad setting.

Non-attending players who have booked for places will be fined our session fee

Please be informed that non-attending players who have booked for places will be fined our session fee (whether for our CCC CATS (Coaching And Training Session), or for our CCC Social Games Session).

Why? Because we have late-booking CCCers wishing to attend (checking to book in up to the last hours) often finding themselves missing out after we have FULL HOUSE.

By the way, the fine is to be made by the person who posted the booking. So, please be careful if you are booking places for your friend(s).

Testing to book in with an iPad to see if it will work

Hi CCCers,

I am testing to book in with an iPad to see if it will work; and to see how it would come out.

Here are the 6 STEPS used:

(1) Click on the 'Reply With Quote' of the last post that has the 'CCC Booking In List'. You will see a 'Quick Reply' option on your screen.

(2) Click on the 'Go Advanced'. You will see the preview of 'Reply to Thread' on your screen. Scroll down to 'Your Message'

(3) At 'Your Message', erase/remove the 'QUOTE by so-and-so' (first line on top), and the '/QUOTE' (last line at the bottom).

(4) Type in your name at the next number on the 'Booking In List'.

(5) Click on the 'Preview Post' to see how your message will appear.

(6) Click on the 'Submit Reply' if the preview of your post is OK.

If you are to remove your name from our 'Booking In List' because of some unforeseen reasons, you go through the same 6 STEPS, but this time, erase/remove your name.

You can renumber the list without your name in it; therefore giving the correct count of players booked in.
