Nurbetta is tall too, I think 170s cm.
She moved faster than Gloria or Deariska, stand as play maker, fast and attcking style.

I think Pelatnas PBSI should be slim, more focus on less player.

Yup i hope PBSI will prefer quality rather than quantity.
See,so many pratama players, just train and not get many chance to play in international tourney.

yahh too easy but it's hard work to PBSI as we see their work is so very bad :D
and PBSI must make a class standart for the pelatnas squad
more fokus, more tourney and give the young player chance enter pelatnas and more potential
PBSI must have the good SOP
but one question come, how PBSI can do it?
    :D

Pelatnas Pratama should be changed totally.
Like Susy Susanti said, Pelatnas Pratama should be fielded 14-18 y.o players and trained under 1st class coach.

I'm totally agree, coach young players is harder than elite players. Coach the young players is needed hardwork to "up-grade" the performance of the players while coach the elite players more to "maintenance".
So we need 1st class coach for Pratama not like most of coaches in Pelatnas who have 1st time experience coach in Pelatnas.

I pretty much agree with this, but I won't even keep Evert and Bella... :p I will just keep the MD and WD...

    Actually, yes... :D

In the event that PBSI does not have enough money or cannot find the top notch coach, then eliminate the Pelatnas Pratama program altogether... :p The 4-6 big clubs in INA will then do the job of creating champions through competition...

It is unlikely that PBSI will ever invite Atik Jauhari back into the National Team camp ever again. He has his 'flaws'... He is not well-like because of his (let's just say, monetary) habits, while his coaching skills are not exceptional...
