    I heard that in AE, they will meet each other in the 1st round. I've seen Sigit and Candra played live a few years ago and i stil can remember until now, Mr. Budiarto is so fast so powerful and so CRAZY......

    Will KKK prevail against this legendary superman??? Sigit has won CCM in GO at Quarter Final, what did it tell us? Was it a sign for KKK to be well prepared before facing him? :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

    Sigits/Fran pairing is definately weaker than KKK/TBH. CCM/Hth lost to them due to errors in the last set. But well thats life. I dont think KKK/TBH will have problem facing Sigit/fran.

    Correction... Sigit-Fran just lost to Lee Yong Dae&partner in the Semifinals of German Open. Yes in rubber sets and 18-21 in the very last set.

    Who is Fran? The latest young talent from Djarum Badminton Club, where Sigit belonged to... Djarum has been supporting some new pairs lately: World #8 Eng Hian-Rian Sukmawan among others... :) They all were trained since they were very young in Djarum's training camp...

    Thats due is his inexperience. But TBH is denifitely not a weak link in the combination. He did well in covering KKK at the back court, and definitely faster and more explosive than CCM. He has been improving very fast lately, lets see how did he fare in AE.

    I am not too worry about KKK/TBH facing 3 Indonesians fairs in first 3 rounds, if they don't face the Indonesians then will be facing the Chinese or Korea pairs anyway ... One good thing about this pair is both players are not afraid of anyone and have proven capable of going far into the round from Asian Games to the 2 first Super Series of 2007. Good luck!

    Frans Kurniawan is one of the Junior player in PBSI, he used to play with Candra Wijaya's youngest brother.....Rendra Wijaya......Frans resigned from Pelatnas on jan 2007...and then Djarum paired them with Sigit...

    Frans is still young...but powerful..

    Viva Djarum......

    What is PBSI? Persatuan Bulutangkis Seluruh Indonesia [The Indonesian Badminton Union], the only official badminton body in Indonesia.

    Pelatnas = National Training Center

    Djarum? Djarum is the name of a badminton club in Indonesia. One of the top 5 clubs here.

    Djarum produced many top players in the past [Liem Swie King, Kartono, Herryanto, Christian Hadinata, Hastomo Arbi, Eddy Hartono, Gunawan, Eddy Kurniawan, Antonius, Denni Kantono, Harianto Arbi, Ardi Wiranata, Alan Budikusuma, Fung Permadi, Budi Santoso, Ivanna Lie, Zelin Resiana, Yuliani Santosa, Yuni Kartika, etc.] and the present [Sigit Budiarto, Luluk Hadianto, Maria Kristin, Eng Hian, Rian Sukmawan, Andreas Adityawarman, etc.]. And maybe the future [Maria Febe, Andi Nugroho, Fernando Kurniawan, Subakti, etc.]...
