Hiyaa, some people very careful wan mah. They never met the 'blur blur' people who bump into things. ;):p

LOL, and some of those glass walls have been often accidently bumped into by people who didnt realise there's a glass wall. They hit the glass wall,, then loud <plong>, they bumped their heads but the glass walls didnt break. And these incidents have more often than some of us think.

The glass can withstand hard things & humans accidently bumping into it, stimes at walking/jogging speed (cos those ppl were rushing) which is higher impact than leaning. The glass walls are made with these 'accidental bumping' taken into account.

Those glass walls at Sentral have withstood many people & hard things accidently "langgar" into them, didnt crack even - that is the weight of 1 person. If not we'll have a lot more people with cuts on their heads & faces, and a lot more children will be hurt.

If the same incident happen in Western country (supposed 1st world country), the victim would be suing the building owner for neligence. Restaurant with wet floor example.

Again, as already discussed earlier, anything that happens, there will be people who say after the fact, "Why so careless, never take precaution" & a new one "3rd world mentality", he he.
Disclaimer : this doesnt mean can lean lean on glass ah ya all.

Yes 3rd world mentality is definitely here in this forum and that mentality is so vivid -- and it is always being critical of others. I don't need to point out further. Case closed.

"Isn't it the duty of whoever built the glass (if it was not safe to lean on), leave a warning message because it is probable someone would lean on it?"

Obviously you are now attempting to be comical though I must say the "leave a warning message" thingy was farcical.

    When KKK/TBH come back from Beijing empty handed, we already have a list of excuses to dish out;

    1. Unfair judging
    2. Contractor for installing the glass panel wrongly
    3. Glass manufacturer for not providing something which was idiot proof
    4. Weather in Beijing dusty
    5. No sambal tumis in Beijing
    ;)

    6. LYB breaking legs threat.
    7. Home advantage of CHN player.
    8. Umpire and Sideline-Man not fair.
    9. Not yet fully recover from 'the glass' injury.

However, if KKK-TBH win, I can almost hear as many excuses from all the knockers, such as:

    1. Lucky because the umpires were not fair
    2. the opposition had tough opponents
    3. they will not sustain after the win since it is fluke
    4. the glass did not make a big enough cut to stop KKK

this pair will NOT win the GOLD... they will be lucky if they end up with a bronze. I dare to say that even if they did compete in the SG Open, they could not win it even without the top guns

I still fancy the Fuzzy's chances though ;)

Some thought the same of Kido/Setiawan in the months leading up to their WC 2007 win, just they received less hammering. ;) And who would have thought the then not so impressive Lee/Jung would end up as WC 2007 runner-up. :p

Rexy choose KKK/TBH, ask him why, he he he.;) If he had chosen Fuzzy over KKK/TBH, he would have been fully backed up too.
Just watch Indonesia Open, see how Fuzzy matches up against Kido/Setiawan & Fu/cai (whom they've beaten bf), if they meet (we discuss this more in IO threads).

As for MD OG gold, it's widely known that Msia MD are underdogs, hot shots are Koreans Lee/Jung. The decision makers dont expect our MD (or for the matter MS) to win the gold but medal of any colour, and that was waaaayyyy before TBH, LWW & KKK's injuries.

I brought up this issue when I was with the "big boss" and his explainations were justified. More or less, I agree with him (on choosing "uncles" over Fuzzy) and the chances of KKK/TBH.

Wah, Jimbo rub shoulders with "big boss" also :D. Big boss reason could be different from Rexy, remember Rexy was the one who said wanted to drop them.

Uncles over Fuzzy many ppl agree, they old liao still can hack it to Semis every month in tourney. KKK/TBH over Fuzzy got more disagreement but because Rexy said outright he chose KKK/TBH, then it was between uncles & Fuzzy, got hu ha.

errr... bigger than Rexy... ;) Anyway, LCW is definitely on the right track. For the "uncles" and "TBH/KKK", they have "chances" only
