This time, LD will say ' I can beat him even with my back injury....'

    Still to LD..........55 : 45

Badminton fans , enjoy this moment while you all can . This era , we have LD and LCW to entertain us , clash of the titans . I'm rooting for CW , as I'm a Malaysian , but please , people , no matter who wins or loses , just forget about it , and enjoy the game all badminton fans anticipated after the Asian Games . After LD and LCW retire , we have to wait for quite a while before names like CL , SS , WZM and DPY can make their mark .

i'd say 70-30 lcw to take it

if ld is not "holding back" in his matches so far, it does seem he's not in top form at the moment

but then, that may just be a ploy and he's actually saving up his energy for the final

If so then he failed the ploy to play 3 sets with Simon Santoso...

Wang Shixian, World Number #1 and unbeaten until today in 2011. Hopefully, Lee Chong Wei does not receive his first defeat of the year here too! :(

I guess quite a number of people got fooled here believing Lin Dan was injured :D

61 out of 98 voted lcw to win :D

Yet china ba was keeping Lin Dan in great shape just to meet lcw at the right time :D

Bravo to china ba and lyb :D and congratulation to Lin Dan :)

In today's matches the gap between these 2 players were very very narrow in LD holding a slight edge in his attacking that do more damages.

LCW played very well and showed more courage, urgency and making the right choice of shots compared to previous encounters with LD. His game now are more complete and he caught LD off guard many times. It could go either way and what determined the outcome of today's final was the last surge at the final few points.

    What a match!!
