I think he really considering very hard to stop playing while still at top.. losing on wednesday and thursday really not doing good for LCW calibre.
LCW is no superior to LD when it comes to BH. Infact, Lifting casually is his preferred option. Lin Dan has some nice crisp BH drop shots from the rear court.
Sometimes I think youre a brilliant troll, and then you do something like this and destroy it all. Nowhere am I referencing LCWs BH, its just an example of a technical skill outside of net play/deceptions. LCW is far superior to LD on drives, for example, and (as of now) has a better smash.
LCW's current "tactical" gameplan is merely doing whatever he was doing before, but at 70% of the original speed.
Jackie : " I won't say he is not smart. But he does have other major weapons that don't require a lot of smartness to execute. And he is hardly your average Joe. Check out his 2016 matches vs Lin Dan where he was by far the smarter of the two, even though the scoreline doesn't tell much mainly due to the history between two.''
I believe every pro player have a "tactical" every time they play ...the only different is who execute their tactical effectively on that day. Having said that, other aspect should not be neglect too. I would prefer to know who is "smart" player in single. Name coming through my mind is only Hendra Setiawan, but he is double player.
Well at least I dont have to step down to aping others to make a point Also pretty sure I never called LCW a smart player.
Too hard for you to grasp, is it? Dont worry. I'll use short words for you next time the topic is brought up.
LD is fairly tactical in his play these days. Axelsen seems pretty smart in his approach and rally structure. Srikanth is also not a stupid one-trick pony.
Oh, c'mon j4ckie, you liked it. It wasn't an easy task to come up with that. I had to make sure their was j4ckie's subtle anger and borderline attitude in that post. Their were passionate advancements and cunning retreats.
...and one tactic is i'll use my superior speed, power and agility to win. 'not that there's anything wrong with that...'
