    This string is really nice.

I've ordered a reel too; while 66UM is nice and all, it is so ridiculously expensive to replace.

I had to order a reel for my coach too.

I finally cut my last string after 2 months of play because it had started to lose its repulsion, and even then I had no significant signs of fraying, notching, or even string movement. The string is truly remarkable.

It is a very good combination with z force and 80e tune.

As soon as I have the reel, I would love to test how long it will last with our typical club tension between 20-22 lbs. From what I see, the No. 1 could also be the perfect string for the typical recreational player who could use a little extra repulsion-push from the strings to get those last couple of inches in their clears to really reach the backline. With the low tension, it should become a lot more forgiving too so if durability is at the level I would expect from the way it performs at my 25 lbs., then this will become truly interesting.

    Wait, No.3 is thinner?

Yep, No. 1 is 0.65. But they had to come up with a name, "No. 1" already being taken. :D

I guess they decided to make a thinner string than 0.65 after the No. 1 was already available...

Imagine the repulsion of No. 3... insane!

The No. 3 will be available on MBS next month according to their Facebook page. :)

That'll be tricky - will control suffer?

    I don't know, I've never used a string this thin before. :D

Oh come on... right after I finally settled for a reel of No. 1.... but I think I will let you guys have a go with No. 3 first and then see if it's worth a try at all. But to be honest, I feel like the No. 1 is already borderline with repulsion. With even more repulsion I would expect a drop in control and a tendency that the stringbed feels too bouncy.

You can always increase the tension when the stringbed gets too bouncy. I wonder how much this string can take...

I wonder how much No.1 can take to be honest. Maybe 35x35

I don't know, but Mark tried the No. 1 at 32/31. As long as the No. 3 takes 30/31 I'm happy.

I'm not overly worried about having the thinnest string though, I think I'll be using No.1 for quite a long time. I'm especially excited to try it out on my new rackets when they arrive.

    7 looks really redundant.

It sort of seems like BG 3.

3 supposedly has better control than 1?! Man that's a shocker, I have a full 200m reel coming of No.1 though. Maybe I'll order a single set.

Winston of MBS informs me that they're expecting LiNing No. 3 to arrive around early to mid Feb.

That's awesome! I'll be definitely testing this new string.

I had to order a reel of yellow last night, it's replaced 62 fire as my favourite. Very similar to play with but just pops that little bit more.
