By any chance have you tried the Halbertec 7000? I haven't seen much reviews regarding that racket.

Is your 9000 4u or 3u. I recently tried my friend's 3U 8000 and it was also an enjoyable experience and the shaft was really easy to use but i felt like it lacked a bit head weight for me.

I might get a 3U 9000 if it's slightly head heavier.
 
Anyone using the new Axforce 90? :)
I've only had a few sessions with it so far so no concrete opinions other than that I'm enjoying it. Smash-wise, the head seems fairly compact so I'm definitely missing the sweetspot more than I would when using my 77pro but when I hit that sweetspot it definitely flies in comparison. Can't find any weaknesses as of yet but waiting for my drives to get tested.

How is the balance compare to the 77pro and the stiffness ?

i already using this ax90new 4U
i have been using this racket for 2 weeks
before i was using arc11p and h9000
im choosing ax90new for my tired racket at first, but easily become my main now :)
strung this greenboi with lining no 1 boost 27x29 lbs no ps, bcs i get the string for free
this string make my clear is like rocket, regret i didnt prestrech it, but getting better and better after 1 week
okay, this is my experience with this racket:
-drives feel fast and good, this headheavy racket feels like headlight racket when i swing it.
-clears easly af, maybe because of medium shaft or string? i dont know yet bcs my main string is xb65.
-control is good, i dont expect it will this good with power racket.
-smash is not really good, i expect great smash with this racket, but yeah. its not that good, except half smash which im pretty satisfied
i feel that my smash in arc11p or h9000 is harder. but, i dont know if this is string fault or what. will give you info when i string this racket with xb65

overall i can say this racket is really good for casual players with so so power but still want high-performance racket. and the best part is this racket doesnt get you tired easily and really easy to use if you already get used to not really so compact racket XD

I have 77Pro 4UG5 and my friend has Axforce 90 New 4UG5.
Personally, 77Pro definitely stiffer (thicker shaft) and heavier from shaft towards the head/frame.
The AX90New feels softer (thinner shaft), and the weight heavier towards head/frame section.
On court feels:
77Pro swings slower (thicker shaft and normal frame)
90New swings faster (thinner shaft and compact frame)
 
Been watching a-lot of BWF tournaments lately. Seems like 88D pro 3rd gen is the new hot racket for yonex. Is there a Li-Ning equivalent for it yet?

Probably the Li Ning Axforce 90 New on the current line up, not many big releases

Tried both the 88D 3rd Gen and 90 New. The 88D trumps it by a mile. No kidding. 90 New is slightly more powerful, but that was it. Everything else was outshone by the 88D.

Come on LiNing, you have fallen way behind when it comes to playability of your rackets. The best one for the last few years was the Halbertec 8000...
 
Hope the old one price got hit by discount then...:p
Or the new one was kinda much more expensive😭

You mean the Sudirman BladeX SunMoon (in white colour)? I tried it before. Would say a step up improvement from the Sun (probably due to combining with the Moon), but for the price.... nah, would rather get the Nanoflare or Auraspeed series.

I recently tried the axforce 90 new (4u, exbolt 63, 27x29lbs)

The feeling was very crisp and the racket felt quite solid in general and shots felt very accurate. Drives were pretty crisp, good accuracy on drops, decent power on smashes. The racket is pretty stiff which helps with control.

Unfortunately, I felt that the racket is quite sluggish and demanding. I don't have a great physique but this racket is lacking in speed/maneuverability compared to many rackets (all generations of the 88d, 100zz, 77pro). The speed and handling felt more akin to a zf2 or 99/99pro. In fast paced mixed and doubles it was pretty apparent that the headweight of the racket was not doing any favors. Pretty solid in singles game despite the slightly smaller sweetspot from the 100zz esque frame shape (larger than 100zz tho).

Especially during defense its pretty easily to tell that weight of the racket is towards the top, unlike the balance distribution on astrox racket that helps get a bit more snap in defense. Top of the racket feels heavy, near the handle feels light. Although many people have compared it to the 88d pro 3rd gen I feel that the 88d pro is a major step up in speed and handling.

I rather like using this racket (great feel, amazing paintjob) but I'm just not physically there. For a physically fit/strong player this racket would definitely be worth considering.
 
Getting back into badminton after work put a stop to playing for a long time.

I'm interested in trying a Li-Ning racket as I've never had one before.

I play almost exclusively men's doubles and am more of a rearcourt, heavy hitter of a player.

Which Li-Ning rackets from the current line-up would be most worth looking at?
