singles, doubles mixes, i do it all I'm very allrounded, and play offensively, or try to... (go figure...) woven 11 ( offensive) bg85 or bg66 (control) at 23lbs ( I guess..my 'new' machine is calibrated, so still searching a good tension) so I'm alrounded, powerracket, control string...and I love it...go figure...
Offensive both singles and doubles Forza Super Power 9000 One is strung at 23 pounds with Gosen Pro-70 The other is at 21 pounds with Gosen nanocubic
LOL Dreamzz! Play Style: I dink a lot. Racket: AT700 String: BG80, Ashaway MP, PG65 Neon Tension: 28lbs. for BG80, 30lbs. for MP, 29lbs. for PG65 Neon (I believe different strings require slightly different tension to make equal, takes a bit of experimenting though)
haha, i know, i'm just messing about. really need to improve though, getting fat and lazy ... oh yeah, and old!
Which game? Mainly men's doubles. Also like men's singles, but don't often get to play it. Hate mixed doubles with a passion. Sometimes semi-deliberately lose a mixed game quickly so I can play the next men's doubles. Playing style: players are terrible at assessing their playing style. Usually they say what they like to think about themselves, not what they actually do. Err....I'd say I have much better attack than defence (defence is a weakness of mine, but dropshots, smashes, and movement are strong). So I suppose that makes me an "offensive player". My preferred playing style is to move very fast around the court and play all varieties of attacking shots (I love to finish on a kill). Doubles rotation gives me a real buzz. That does not always happen I like to use crosscourt slice dropshots in doubles, even though I know they are a stupid tactic Rackets: two Yonex Armortec 800-DE 4U G4. Strings: Yonex BG-80 at 25 lbs tension. I believe it's an electronic stringing machine. Grips: remove original grip, add two replacement grips for bulk, and finish with a Wilson Xtra-tack overgrip. Wear sweatbands and keep switching between the two rackets to let the grips dry out.
Game: men's and mixed doubles. Playing style: ? Still undergoing training to correct bad habits . . . Rackets: Ti-10s 2U G5 or G4 Strings: Yonex BG-70 at 32 lbs X 35.2 lbs constant pull. Grips: One layer of Yonex SuperGrap over original leather grip.
Game: Prefer single, mostly double because of the club (not because I am married) Style: Drop and placement. I am a scrap player. Racquet: Cab30ms and NS8k String: G string? BG85 only @ 22X24 drop weight Grip: Weak... One layer of YY supergrap over the origional. Have a nice badminton weekend. The dirty old man.
he should just use a wooden board glued in between the frame of his racquet, it wouldn't be much harder than that.
