Live Telecast World Champ 2010

is there any other reliable source other than totalsport.tv...maybe it is better for the moderator to creat a thread just for TS coz it's mentioned thousand times already...quite annoying for the people who cant use it....

Apologies for this, we are in the process of trying to acquire worldwide rights for next year onwards. We have acquired the Badminton Super Series worldwide, so hopefully when next year comes, there shall not be any annoyance. :-)

Total Sports TV is managed by Total Sports Asia which has 80 staff. Yes I know, it's not a straight answer but I don't think you would believe me if I told you the exact number.

many thanks to you personally and give the best greetings to other fellows also (especially to those who are related with TV transmissions;)... here and there the smaller or bigger problems could come up always but those are easily solved if/when people are communicating...

I think that majority of bad* community will join with me never mind their location (especially those from video sharing section;)... for me it had been a great to see all those matches so far... and I had noticed that there are some 20-100 people around the world who hadn't had that possibility or just wanting to see some match again...

it's a good chance to see good matches during the whole week but for the future I suggest that you will ask for the 2 or more streams... just like in Swiss open that you can choose what court you want to look;) ... or I could even open all 4 courts and the overview to hall also... in reality one more camera and stream (whatever it means in technical way:-) don't cost so much additional ... staff/personal costs are much higher and there is not a big difference if there is 1 or 4 cameras to take care... or you are just buying a stream and trying to resell it? anyway I hope that it's the point to think about;)

I had some more questions and ideas but too late here already...

on first day I had posted the hints for the people outside Asia how it's possible to see TS stream... of course in some German bank office or military HQ cabinets you cannot change everything yourself but in those places probably it's not meant that you look badminton WC during the working time:confused:
I have antivirus running all the time and I don't have any secrets so I don't care if my PC is locating virtually sometimes in China or somewhere in Asia... I am just jelaous that I haven't had myself so far the possibilities and money to go there:(

BTW you have also the right to create a new thread btu there is already one similar one...

bet365 will start on Friday but it's also not available in Estonia (by some rules or laws:(:(:( ... in reality TS stream is better so far as I can see it also full screen mode at once (from bet365 you had to record it at first and then replay... and then you can see it in full screen mode:D

Great idea Vaido, right now we're trying to work out the costs internally, because come quarterfinals onwards, it's a make or break in terms of breaking even as we made a loss in the first few days. I'm still sticking to this setup, free in the beginning, because I want to give users the chance to judge TSTV first before deciding to subscribe. My concern is that I hope this plan works, especially in 2011 when we have a number of Super Series events. If I'm unable to cover the costs then it could be subscription from the offset. I need all the support I can get. If we can break even at least, then I can push for streaming of the other courts as well.

Also, I welcome your thoughts on our subscription offer of USD2.99 from quarterfinals onwards. Thanks so much for your feedback.

I personally thinks that the camera work on the WC is not at the standard of world class. Im sorry but it is really s*cks. I dont think they need the top angle shot, it looks terrible. And so many shots of female butts. Ahh come on. They can do better than that!

My 2cents!

Thanx so much u save my day :)

btw those who want to see totalsport.tv from Europe, North America, etc regions I suggest trying to make payments before matches are beginning... it may take some time and manipulations to get it made right way... I used paypal but I cannot do it through China... so I had to restore the settings before going to Paypal site... as I refreshed the page and made it 3 times finally I got the total amount $$ as for 3 (not $2.99) but then I closed all and started again... as I didn't got the payment option while being outside Asia... but now after paying I see: You have bought this tournament ... so I don't need to change the settings for looking any more;)

most probably the process may look different using another browser (I use Google Chrome) but at least it's possible even being outside that region... good luck and enjoy the good matches in full screen:)

..the thing is, i don't think totalsport.tv's stream is even available for purchase here in the states/N. America..

btw, i just went into totalsport.tv's website and it showed a warning saying "This website is unsafe"..
