    refuses to wear 'hat' ?

Very interesting to see Lin Dan rejected the wearing of the 'hat' when offered during the prize giving ceremony... Guess he is really upset..

Wow...a dramatic finale...and as what the commentator said..."Magic!" Lin Dan was so far ahead at match point, leading 20-14. Yet, LCW picked up one point by one point until it was 20-20. The crowd was hysterical at this point! Lin Dan still managed to get one more match point when a return by LCW was called out. However, LCW was still as calm as before and he levelled it. Then, he won the match when Lin Dan misjudged a long return by LCW. Lin was furious and walked off the court without shaking hands. What a loser...

During the match presentation, Lin Dan was clearly pissed off and he took off the medal after it was placed on his neck. He was booed off subsequently. Again, a bad sportmanship by a Chinese player after yesterday's incident! This is also one of the reason I don't like players such as Taufik or Lin Dan. They are just too arrogant and sometimes display very very bad sportmanship. They simply don't want to accept the fact that they have lost. Players such as LCW, Sony, Kenneth, Peter Gade, and even Chen Hong are better in this aspect!

Hi Mike....just by seeing Lin Dan in today's match against Lee Chong Wei gives me and many others many reasons to dislike Lin Dan.... he threw his racket away after the final point.....walked off without shaking hands...... at prize ceremony.... din smile..... took off the medal straight off..... and then refused the other official to put on the ceremonial head dress for him..... wat a poor display of sportsmanship.

Lin Dan seems very angry,he take off the medal at once. Why he act like this?Really a bad attitude. He should respect this competition. He can't show his anger although he lose.

Im disappointed with Lin Dan's attitude.... He refused to wear the medal n refused to wear our cultural hat..It's the Orang Mulu Warrior's Hat... He just didnt respect our Malaysian Culture... Other china players have worn it , well at least LIN DAN should accept it with acknowledgement, not shoving off our sarawak minister..
Im terribly disappointed with Lin Dan

Lee Chong Wei, U are a magician today..

Oh Yeah, Lin Dan didnt even want to shake hands with Lee Chong Wei too... That's the worst sportmanship i've seen on court..

Even Nathan Roberston temper looks okay to me now coz he shakes hands with players after losing a match... Nathan's temper seems to be tolerable now compares to Lin Dan's

there is something about sports that is more than winning and money, which is sportmanship. So what he is world no.1, he should be ashamed of this kind of attitude.
He was so glory (and so showing off) everytime he won matches, and he can't show some tiny little sportmanship to be a runner up ? shame.

Fully Agreed!!! I was very disappointed at such attitudes! Clear disrespect for the organizer and the local when he refused the headband! He should be fined! Again, it also confirms why I have never liked Lin Dan from the beginning! He's a very good player...too good that sometimes he just disrespects others! The same goes for Taufik! Skipping the Singapore Open with "an injury" only to be found watching the WC in Germany! I really hope someone else win the WC this year! Maybe Peter or LCW!
