Ashwini and Co playing better than their ranking but not consistent enough. Also no proper coach.
    Fighting at 18-18.

Li Xuerui won by sheer willpower despite her fitness problem. Akane had her on the ropes but let her escape. LXR is unlikely to pass the next round whoever her opponent is.

OH yeah!!! Kim Gijung Kim SaRang... love their style of play... match about to begin. They've both got stunning reactions at the front court. Kim Sa Rang looks like a baby, but he one of the noisy ones on court. But you can't help but admire his self-confidence and little celebrations after every point. :)

Sorry, but we had no telecast for the first half.
I'm looking most forward to the last match SK vs THW.

In terms of skills, LXR is superior to Akane at present but her opponent is still so young, she will continue to improve.

Ashwini and Co Surprised me with 23-21. They beat Greysia at the Uber cup. What is the head to head?

Jwala's great. I saw her have a titanic battle in last year's HK Open. Although she doesn't have the mobility, she still gets the points!

Her personality creates a lot of interest in the game.

Agree, not to discount her too much! Her experience is needed for her young team mates.

Well done LXR, but don't be in too much of a hurry to win here. This is just another SSP and you have won the title before. The important one is the Sudirman Cup and the Olympics qualification. A recurrence of your injury will not be good for you or your country.
