A day with many upsets, at the end of the season, have the ranked players been slacking off?

And the giant(s) killer, Nozomi Okuhara, overcame India's P. V. Sindhu in a well fought 3 setters. She was the 2012 WS Champion of the Canada Open at the age of 16. And she was madbad's favourite Japanese player at the time!

My favourite pair of Japanese MD players, Takeshi Kamura and Keigo Sonoda, so fun to watch their animating plays, they don't hide their emotions for sure!

Indonesia's 7th ranked Nitya Krishinda Maheswari and Greysia Polii took 72 minutes to overcome the traditional defensive styled 3rd ranked Japan's Reika Kakiiwa and Miyuki Maeda. And it seemed Polii's had single handedly willed the win away. She was so pumped, yelling at every smash, and jumping like a man at times!!!
