Hahaha, but you've forgotten the basic rule that there will not be any change within the team. Team members will have to stick it out for one full calendar year at least, for better or for worse. It is an unwritten duty of each and every member to support the team with encouragement and inspiration...just as what we've been doing! Keep up the good work my teammates!

Nonononono, we can rotate the TL, but for team members, u ppl are so lovely, so, no one shall be kicked out, even if he/she can't perform... Yes, Uncle, no one will be out from our Team.... We r bonded by the CAT spirit (care + concern, aggressive, tough)...so, we care bout each members, n we r aggressive to win the PAW, tough to be beaten..... No, if you have not joined any team before you certainly can join or start one new one with at least 3 members and a max of 5. But once you are a member of a team you can't opt out and join another team until one calendar year has passed. This is to prevent "team-hopping" which is very detrimental to the morale of the team. You want to start a new team and have a unique team name (like Samson & Deliah, hope I got her name correct)? Please hurry before the next PAW. Get your new members! No membership fee. If you are desparate, promise them the moon just so that they are enticed by join you.
