you should reject OG 2008 in your country.. it wastes money and not objective and also not prestigious
before BWF launched the Final SS, Kor Open provides the highest prize money, and Kor is a neutral country from 4 heavenly kings. anyway, JPN or KOR is the same, no change in the league table coz TH never won both tourneys, while LD ever won it. the gap between one tourney and another is only one. that's the reason.

what does it mean? I said that BWF limits the number of players in each department for those 3 events, plus they change the scoring system to neutralize CHN's might. if BWF wants to be fair, don't limit the number. anyway, what's the relevant with OG 08? I never said OG isn't prestigious, but I said that OG isn't the most difficult tourney to win. that's the same also with WC, Final SS, 12 SS tourneys, GP gold and silver. TH is the best MS player in OG 04, that's why he can get the gold. but, the OG winner is not the best in the world. look at ABK, ZJH trounced him in AE and WC.
it's up to you then... it's OK for me, you say lindan is the best or china players are the best in the world..but don't you ever 'lower' other country players

why Taufik? in 2004, it should be: Zhang Ning : Kor, Mal, S'pore & OG (4 titles) Gao Ling : Swiss & AE (WD), Mal, Ina & OG (XD) (5 titles) both players won their titles outside CHN. TH: OG, ABC, Ina (ABC was held in Jkt, without euro players surely, without top CHN players, and without several top players from Asia. really a perfect tourney for TH). 2 out of 3 titles he won it in Ina. in 2005, it should be: Xie Xing Fang : Germany, AE, WC (3 titles) coz, TH only won S'pore and WC (2 titles) if the player of the year award only available for MS player only, why Candra Wijaya, KDM, RKM, and Camilla Martin had ever won it? if the POTY award only available for MS player whom ever won the WC title, why Sun Jun & Xia Xuanze never won it? besides discrimination, can u give another answer?
where is LYB, Tian Bing Yi. and the most important thing is, where is : the most successful MS player Yang Yang the most talented player Zhao Jian Hua
ZJH has a lung problem. even with that problem, he can outplayed several top MS players. let see it TH can do it, if he has the same condition.
i am closing this thread. as usual, topics like these are pointless and eventually (as it had) generate endless rathole arguments. i am sure if i work hard enough, i can find around 10 reasons that i am a better MS player than Taufik and LD. and i can just stubbornly insists that those are the best criteria to judge with.
