Reminds me of the Sw37's new colour scheme. Might be something else entirely though, wouldn't be surprising given Victor's tendency to let players use rackets for months before rolling them out to the public
SW37N. This isn't the first time Lee Sohee has used it. She's been using it on and off for months now this year. First saw her use it at the Singapore open. Of course she could have used it even earlier before.
Shin's backhand push is amazing with the slow mo... TK9000 flexing like no one's business.. and Ko's smash making the BS12 KRP waving wildly...
If I'm not mistaken, during the semifinal game of BWF World Champs, Mogensen = Voltric 70 E-Tune Boe = Arcsaber 11 CMIIW
In all fairness, CM uses whatever racket he (together with Yonex) feels is best for his game. Even if it means custumizing. Then Yonex go and paint it in whatever color they feel matches their current marketing needs. And why would anyone expect it to be any different? ---- I personaly felt the coloring department had plenty of Arc11 hotrod red to spare this WC. But Im unsure how many of the rackets really were Arc11s. Myvseatings in the large forum, and the placement / availability of the stringers made it difficult to see. I would have needed a "real" camera to get any info...
The case is probably because he is playing for the national team and they are sponsored by Victor so he has to or prefers to use it since it is available to him. Besides it is a far more familiar platform to him compared to Apacs who he has been with for not even a year. When you're in a competition that is as big as this and runs every leap year. Wouldn't you want to have the most familiar equipment in your hands to help you perform best?
I think when he's playing for the national team he has no choice but to use their sponsor's equipment. The Korean pros appear to be fairly flexible though, seen quite a few use Yonex or other brands when they play for their club...
