Well there's only a few pink strings in YY'a lineup so highest chance is probably BG66UM really.. Sent from my LG-H930 using Tapatalk
Isn’t it the BG80? He has his own “limited edition” pink BG80 now. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
You never know. After all the hassle and assumption that LD would use BG80 forever and lo-and-behold, he's on 66UM now. Sent from my LG-H930 using Tapatalk
well take from this what you will http://www.yonex.com/company/news/b...s-home-crowd-team-yonex-collects-more-medals/
So guys, here's the big question: Still the well-known TK7000SN repaint or a real TK-FC for TTY at the ongoing Chinese Taipei Open? (Pics taken from TTY's official Facebook page) My money's on the TK7000SN. Head shape seems to be still a little squashed from the sides. The TK-FC is rounder imo.
Yonex and other brands can repaint or special production rackets for players. I think that making a pink string exclusive for LYD isn't impossible. Taking a look at his full wrapped elbow joint, I really doubt that he use with these issue BG80.
That's the 7000SN surely. I mean, I don't think TTY (or any professional) really cares about new racquets. She's been having so much success with that racquet there's no real reason to change it.
The Arcsaber series had several reliable, great rackets, namely the 7 and 10. From what I've heard, the Duora 10 is okay, but not as good as the Arc10/11, and the rest isn't good at all. The Arcsaber 7 would have needed an upgrade though, as it came out in 2007 or 2008 and used pretty soft materials and an old stringing pattern with the highest cross too low. The Duora 7, from what I was told, is just a waste of money, but I will readily admit to not having any experience with it. The different sides thing is just pure marketing. Since a lot of other factors remain entirely unchanged, the influence is minimal at the very best. The reasoning behind it is also flawed. Just pick a racket with either a diamond shaped frame or a traditional box frame. Stick with one.
Hmm? Arc7 had the top cross too low? IIRC it was same pattern like Arc 10/11. IMO Arc7/10 and 11 and also Duora 7/10 suffered from sinking issues. I wouldn't call any superior than the other. All the same ****. The Duora is also not diamond-shaped it's more an rounded aero profile like Nanoray and a slightly boxy frame on the other side. I can feel the nonsense of such a marketing, but IMO the DZS turned out pretty well and was for me the only Yonex since a while which made me buy a Yonex again. All in all many rackets are nothing special and I will never understand the hype of some rackets, but for me the difference between Duora and Arcsaber is not something like night and day.
