Protection for head and strings

Our hall has very bad floor and is like sandpaper beacuse it a tennis hall also. The slightest touch on to the floor and strings fly. It's getting ridiculous to habe to string each week and wanted to ask if anyone can point out some protection tape which won't affect the balance to much. Needs to be clear also.

Looked at temu and other places but seems like u get what u pay for.
So would appreciate any recommendations that u might have. Can order from temu or similar if i can just find a good product.
 
Sounds like the temu stuff is actually what will work best for you. I'll include a link to the product I order. It says white but it's actually transparent. Easy to apply and can be removed and re-applied after stringing. it's light, thin, and will mitigate paint chips but not a stiff racquet clash. Perfect for friction protection on your floors but it will take a night to get used to the minor friction when picking up a shuttle with the racquet head.

Ok I've seen this one but it looks really thick.
Like 1mm that must weigh a few grams also.

Not at all. I'd put the thickness at maybe 2x scotch tape. I have it on an 88s and a 100zz and the only thing that changed was the feel during shuttle pickup. Honestly thicker protection tape would be more expensive than this.
 
Ok good to know. Well need to order them beacuse don't want to string rackets ever week thanks 💪
