next stop - the All England poster :) hahahaha - in my dreams...

Isn't that terrible? Teasing us by saying the pictures are published and then us not even being able to access the picture!! hmmph!!:( :D

sorry guys.. busy at work - not been checking BC as often as i used to..

most of you won't have access to the Badminton England magazine.. and i havent got a scanner - but the two pictures that they used are attached.

Forgive me please for being blunt... but this just isn't badminton :o
This is akin to football in an elevator or ice-hockey on grass.
Is Badminton England so hard up for ideas that they must promote 'Beachminton'?

Beach-minton?
Argh!

Pretty soon we'll be hearing about Beachminton England

Yes, your photographs do convey 'fun' but they also reinforce the impression that badminton is a backyard sport requiring as much skill as it takes to play catch with a Labrador Retriever :o

Having said that, your pictures are of wonderful quality :)
Congratulations.

Hmm yeah same thing I thought.

Maybe the next edition of the maagzine should show the statistics for badminton to show truly how hard it is?

I agree with Oldhand - but congratulations :D

Yeah, the sport of badminton doesn't need to be promoted as a back garden sport, show me someone hitting a huge jumpsmash or a diving save of a huge jumpsmash, that'll get people thinking this is a serious sport.

Still, congratulations.

Beachminton?.. its a good way to promote badminton though... maybe the weather there is to attract the crowd.
