    Hi guys,

Is there a place online where i can buy good genuine rackets under $100?

I prefer a balanced racket (not head heavy or umm grip heavy?)

I found the lining hc1500 and 1800 on ebay and amazon but i dont know if theyre racket heavy or not..

Do you like stiff or not so stiff?

I recently bought an APACS Slayer 88 from here. Its a little head heavy, but not much. Very nice racket for the price.
If you check local sports stores, you might find Babolat rackets. Their N-tense range has every combination of stiffness and balance. And the prices (at least here) are all below $100.
    Good luck!

    Li-Ning Entry Level Rackets

The HC1500 is a great entry level racket which is not head heavy. It's a more balanced racket making it easy to manage during rallies (i.e. swapping from offense to defense play). You may want to take a look at the UC7000 and UC9000 as those are currently in stock at www.shopbadmintononline.com.
