Hello All,

Need some guidance, rating myself as a player I compete in the A levels in USA and do pretty Ok(reach quarters quite consistently, sometimes semis) in the tournaments.

Style of Play- More aggressive player (lots of smashes) with good net play (control wise) is my strength.

Play mostly doubles and some mixed.

current racquets - Armortex 800 Limited editions

I have been offered a partial sponsorship with Black knight and I have to switch to Black knight racquets, which models are comparable or better?

Will appreciate any advise thanks.

Hello All,

Thanks for the replies, the armortec 800 ltd edition was a gift from my wife, it is very similar to Armortec 800 def, yes I am looking for an equal or better Black knight racquet, thanks what07 I will try out the vortex radon and get back to you guys.

Again, thanks for all your replies

Or you can get 1 of each of the vortex series to try, if BK can send you them. You may also check to see if BK has any new rackets, they haven't updated there websites in ages.

There is no such thing as an Armortec 800 limited edition. Do you have any pics?

Besides that it's very easy to tell the difference: shorter handle and different grommet pattern to AT800 ...

Good luck. None of them will fit AT LTD description on Burger King's spec. 1) V Kr is medium flex with head heavy while AT LTD is head heavy and stiff shaft 2) V Xenon is Medium Flex with mid balance nothing close 3) V Radon is stiff head light. Again, head light is an issue.
Talk to the dealer in Phili who try to sponsor you (I remember he is an Indian right?). Ask to have all 3 model strung up for you to try. Other wise, your game will suffer.

vortex is very head heavy and stiff (stiffer? ) like the AT 900P
very power oriented
u can chek out power channel if u want as it is a powr racket
personly like the photon from super lite
although u mite not like the lack of heavynesss i find thre is alot of power through the acceleration that is added from its liteness
it also allows u good defence
hope i helped
