Recorded myself stringing

@kwun what did you do when the mains broke in your vid 😁

I guess the same thing happened to my stringing.

I had a Panda Trinity Pro. That thing probably can take 45lbs with broken string so I didn't really do anything special. Just cut.

I though CKYew is a member here too. But I can't find his username.

By cutting the string when the racket is still mounted on the machine, the frame will expand and bang onto the supports. Do you think it could damage the frame?

normally yes, but that was a Panda Trinity Pro (or whatever the heavy duty model was at that time) with super duper strong frame that was designed for 40lbs tension. so it was ok. in fact, it survived a couple of 40lbs string job sudden de-tension and it was still totally fine.

Trying some different spots for my phone with a stand. Its a bit far but now I can critique my own stringing. 🤣

Pulled a bit too much string 🥲

For prestretch for the first two mains since I pull both and clamp off. Then on the repull on both, I add the knot to get the 10% on the string without having to quickly release the clamp to get the prestretch.

On the deluxe this was what I did. Trying it out on the HP for experimenting on feel. The tensioner can toggle the knot on and off, so I would switch it off before clamping. (The p8/9 can't undo the knot function)
