They have heard your calls...hehe....and won the title
..it's the U.S. Open...this year..
Definitely not possible for them to play in the US Open & NZ Open GP because both events clash with PON Fran Kurniawan is already committed to playing with Luluk Hadiyanto to represent Central-Java.
Up next for Fran/Rendra, Mel/Shendy and Fran/Shendy will be:
Spannish International 2008
Toulouse International 2008
Time to win some more titles in Europe as all the major European players will be recuperating from the Thomas and Uber Cups.
Fran/Rendra are now up to no 40 in the World Ranking table.
Target will be top 25 by end of the year.
Fran-Rendra are competing in the Spanish International Challenge this week. They are not seeded, but their draw is not too bad. As for next week at the Toulouse [France] International Challenge, from the entry-list, it seems like not many competitors there are highly ranked... So, Fran-Rendra's chances are probably bigger in the 2nd leg of their (yet another) European Tour...
Fran-Rendra won the Spanish Open International Challenge today! 4000 ranking points.
In addition, Rendra-Mel won the XD title, Fran-Shendy finished as a semifinalist...
Fran-Shendy defeated Rendra-Mel in today's Toulouse Challenge XD final.
Fran-Rendra are ranked 31 this week... If they can defeat Masuda-Ohtsuka in the 1st round of INA SS, they can realistically go to the quarterfinals and gain 5400 ranking points at home... With that, they can become the 25th-27th ranked pair on Earth by the end of the month...
waww....i will support Frans/rendra in Senanyan...
I just knew..
OMG.. I just knew there was a thread for this pair..
I sooo love Rendra..
Maybe it's because I'm such a big fan of Chandra..haha
But I think Rendra looks cuter..haha
But his skills aren't as good as his brother..
Fran-Rendra didn't do well at the INA SS, but today, they're ranked # 29 in the world.
#29. not bad. jia youuuuu as well.
I believe they will play at Indonesia Challenge this month then 3 tourneys in Europe ( Dutch, Luxemburg and Bulgarian GP)...
After the recent Indonesia Challenge win (and 4000 BWF ranking points), Fran-Rendra are ranked #24 in the world...
Yes they will compete in:
Luxemburg's Bittburger Open GP
Bulgaria Open GP
Dutch Open GP
Their names are already registered by PBSI
Since there are no CHN, KOR, and MAS players in Bittburger Open and (most possibly) Bulgaria Open, Fran-Rendra should be seeded pretty high in those 2 tournaments. Looking at the list of participants, I expect them to be seeded #3 in Bittburger Open, after Boe-Mogensen and Hopp-Kindervater.
no denmark super series after dutch i see... like last year huh...
Fran-Rendra are seeded #2 in Bittburger Open MD...
Fran-Shendy are seeded #1 in XD while Rendra-Mel are seeded #5-8...
Good one....Mel-Shendy are also seeded 1st.
did fran-rendra were PBSI player?
All Indonesians representing Indonesia are PBSI players... If you're asking whether they were once INA National Team players, then the answer is yes, they were...
