Hiring a coach is always the way to go, if u are determine to bring your game up to a higher level.

Whether it's asking advices on forum or buying dvds from website - will only give u an idea or should I say theory?

U can DIY the training regimes yourself based on all the "theories" or "videos" u can possibly find, but at the end of the day, an experienced and qualified coach will beat all the resources u can ever find.

Anything I'm not sure I will ask my coach (who is an ex-national player), he will not only explain it to me, he will also demonstrate it to me, do sparring sessions with me & make sure that I do it precisely correct.

I do watch free videos when I have spare time, but if u ask me will I pay for videos? the answer is no, why??

100 pounds for dvd seems way cheaper than hiring a coach (100 pounds only get me 4 training sessions)

I have invested way more than a 100 pounds in coaching & if I have extra cash, I would rather spend it on equipments rather than videos because I'm very sure I don't need those videos - one good qualified coach is all I need.
