Rules: (1). When entering your booking, please state your real name (NOT your user name)and your membership number as well. (2). There will be two list, the main list and the reserve list. If you are unsure of attending, please enter your details into the reserve list and change it to the main list when you are sure. (3). We will be giving priority to each member so that every member can play a least one session every week. If you have book yourself in for one session in the main list and you intend to play other session(s) as well, please put your details into the RESERVE list for the subsequent session(s) that you wish to join. (4). Registration for all sessions will be opened on every Monday at 6pm of the week. (5). We will try to finalize the list by 6pm every Friday for the Saturday session and 6pm Saturday for the Sunday session. (6). Anyone who fails to attend the session that he/she had booked into (without any acceptable reason), there will be a fine: 1st time: no fine 2nd time: AUD 2 3rd time: AUD 4 From the 4th time onwards: AUD 6 He/she will have to pay the fine the next time he/she attends. And his/her name will be posted on the forum the following week. (7). Members are encouraged to check the forum regularly for any false registration and change of rules. (8). Email us at email@example.com a soon as possible if you have any changes to your booking after the registration is closed. Or you can sms to: xxxxxxxxxxx(number will be put up soon) ONLY if the issue is urgent. Please take note that all players in the finalized list for all sessions must notify MUBC AT LEAST 2hrs before his/her session start if he/she is unable to attend the session, or it will be considered as failure to attend the session. (9). If members wishes to bring a friend, his/her friend must be registered onto the list in a different slot. In other words, slot in a session should never be shared. (10). MUBC members have priority over non-members on the waiting list. Please be reminded that these rules are subject to change and it is your responsibility to check the forum regularly for any changes. Email will be sent to inform members of any changes as well. Also since this system is new, we welcome any suggestion from our members in order to improve it .
