Saturday badminton session (Train & Games) for beginner level (Puchong)

Yes, the session is still on , feel free to watsapp me, thanks...:) There's sharing of badminton basic, like footwork, and wrist, and shuttle feed...etc...

the session is still on every Sat, more players now, usually >10++, but there are 3 coaches. A female coach (State) as well. Very interesting session, feel free to let me know if you are interested to join ya :)
Doubles technique, footwork, positioning... net.. are also covered, not forgetting badminton basics :)

It's not only for beginner now, there are average player and secondary school players, as well :)

Hi all, this session is still on, and it has been more than 1 year now.. :)

Feel free to join us, it's suitable for beginner/average players.

Feel free to txt me if you are interested, 012-9556122. Every Saturday 4-6pm, white fairy puchong. There's a kid session besides also, some parents train & play , while their kids are training at the other courts :), more like a family day,good for bonding, haha
