Well...if I include the stuff I have in my closets, I would easily pass the 1500$ margin. I think that most of the people in here would be in this situation too...I've seen in previous posts where people had alot of EXPENSIVE   racquets, so I think that I'm pretty much in the average.

Wow, you've really for that matching this going on with yellow racquet and yellow shoes. Was that deliberate?

The shoes? na... it just so happened like that...as for the grips... I usually prefer flashy colours... it just so happens that I saw that particular dark orange ( which i ve never seen b4, usually they are flashier and lighter...) so i bought it for fun... as u can see i have other grips...pouder blue, red, pink...

so i wouldn t say that i deliberatly matched them ... but I do think that i tend to put on flashy grips because mp99 itself is flashy racquet from my own opinion... ;)

    They're quite decent I guess.

I've never try other court shoes so I can't make a comparison. I personally think these shoes don't have enough cushioning. I wanna try the yonex shoes with the insole power cushions, the one with the bumps inside. To see if they're softer.
    SHB-50 seems solid hard:rolleyes:

I pay for what I get ... Meh

I'm also having one pair of SHB 99 & a pair of SHB 98. I'm considering buying one more pair for back-up. How do you feel between these two models?

Hi Scott: I feel Kwun is right on this his assessment, stating that both shoes are similar and the 99 is a bit firmer. This leads to slightly better transitioning.

I think both are good but I give the 99 the edge. It just feels a bit better, my foot does not move as much in the shoe.

I don't think you can go wrong with either shoe. :)

I don't bring alot of stuff for badminton, just the bare necessities. You guys really surprised me bringing alot of stuff.

    Here's what I bring...

    - 1 long tube of RSL Silvers
    - 1 Yonex Titanium 601
    - 1 Yonex MP33
    - 1 Extra Shirt
    - Money of course
    - an AXE Pulse deo
    - a bottle of Gatsby cologne
    - 1 bottle of muscle pain killer

I bring my 2 liter water container seperately. I wear my shoes before I arrive at the court; it just fills too much bag space!
