I remembered that there was either Coffee bean or Starbucks there during the TC08. Had they moved out?
Yesterday I notice around 500+ ABG girls [teenage girls] were shouting for Bao and even had Bao Chun Lai banners... Today, we can possibly see 1000+...
Bao Bao is still there , Zhang Ning, Zhu Lin, Zheng Bo, Gao Ling...Zhang Yawen and Wei Yili!..loads...plenty!!
OK, make sure you don't run over Krisna, Hauge and fabcargo when you're stampeding towards Bao. BC needs them as our eyes and ears at the IO.
You know what, I think 70% of the crowd yesterday were females... And they were ferocious! You know Bao has entered the court when you hear AAAaaaaaaaaa! Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! followed by scattered shouts of "Bao Chun Lai!" "Bao Chun Lai!" Fun crowd. Joachim Persson also was quite popular. He kept displaying his abs and topless body around the player's sitting area in the stadium. And, unlike Bao, he is not shy at all. Bao only wave to the fans briefly. Joachim went all the way at the waving fans and took photos with them... topless, of course. Then the men started shouting "bugil bugil bugil!" Later on last night, Joachim went to the Djarum booth and apparently hit on the models there... I guess he is a healthy red-blooded Dane. The models wanted to take pictures with him, but nobody brought any camera. Somebody shouted "kalau mau mejeng ama si bugil, punya modal dikit dong! Paling nggak, punya kamera..." [if you wanna look cool and hang out with the Bugil, gotta bring your stuff! At least have a camera..." Note: Bugil stands for Bule Gila -crazy white dude- in today's Indonesian slang, but bugil also means naked in proper Indonesian vocabulary... The dual meaning of the word makes it very funny to say bugil...
I can imagine.. ..with the chants of "Bao Chun Lai! Bao Chun Lai!", echoed by the "Aaaaa! Eeeee!" screams, reverberating the hall for Bao Bao's entrance, i wonder if the fans will shout out "Bu-gil! Bu-gil! Bu-gil! Ayo Bu-giiiiil!" the next time Jonas struts in to play his match....hmm..
Hmm, BCL has loyal fanbase here based on his outlook package. No wonder he almost never misses INA Open. Thx Krisna to share inside Istora story...
just curious, did they play the song "satu nusa satu bangsa"? honestly, i really miss this song... even nicer than "we r the champion" or "we will rock U"
U think I didnt? The song played in Istora (with the INA fans) is very electrifying. Do u get this kinda of thrill by listening to the mp3 on ur iPods?
