MS- LEE Chong Wei vs JONASSEN Kenneth
WS-ZHOU Mi vs ZHANG Ning
MD-ERIKSEN Jens/LUNDGAARD HANSEN Martin vs LULUK Hadiyanto/YULIANTO Alven

My picks are
MS: LEE Chong Wei - he is simply impressive so far. Moreover, he has a good track record over Kenneth winning their last 2 encounters.
WS: ZHANG Ning - "old ginger still the hottest"
MD: ERIKSEN Jens/LUNDGAARD HANSEN Martin - should be a close match, but I believe the Danes are the steadier pair.
WD: YANG Wei/ZHANG Jiewen - the world no 1 rules!
MXD: KOO Kien Keat/WONG Pei Tty - important win to prove BAM the XD can deliver the goods as well!!

Maybe u should check out singapore channel5 if can.
*sigh* Cant b watching the finals tomorrow, i got STPM coming up next monday... Wish to cheer for our XD n MS. Hope they'll get a sweet revenge after losing in the China Open! M'sia team seems to be very unlucky bcoz of the fever! Now it's time for the Malaysians to prove their ability!
Btw i was shocked to know tat LCW n Mew Choo r couple. I saw WCH n his gf's pic in today's Chine Press, his gf is pretty. Seems like they'r going to marry each other soon o! (actually i was abit sad at 1st, hehe)

Agree with you except:
Luluk/Alven looks devastating. Slight edge over Jens/Martin
KKK/WPT cannot possibly match the Indon pair who outclassed Nathan/Gail, although I hope they can prove themselves somewhat worthy of a final. WPT has to play better. KKK ran everywhere to cover her.

Is there any 3rd/4th placing tournament?? Or both players will get 3rd placing??

I agree, Pei Tty have to play better to match the other female players. Yesterday, they played well against Jens and Mette. But I feel Nova and Lilyana should be able to win them. They spent little time to defeat Kim / Lee and Nathan / Gail.
As for the men doubles, Luluk and Alven should be able to edge out Jens and Martin. The way they played the World Champions today is extremly cool.

Wong really has to play better.....Koo looks more like he is playing singles coz he is everywhere covering....but he is in good condition so hope he will win.... maybe now Soon Kit will let more of his charges play XD.......

Yup, SOon Kit wants his WD players to concentrate in the WD first before going into MXD but I read somewhere that Kim Hock wants to improve our MXD. So, quite a problem here because there is also some rumours going on that Soon Kit and Kim Hock can't really get a long that well

It isnt a rumour that SK and KH cant get along......it has been like that since their playing days....KH wants Msia to do well in the XD as well..i think with the new breed of players in Msia, the men can cope but the ladies have to buck up....like you mentioned, very weak.....I will be supporting Koo-Wong as a friend and Msia Boleh!!!!!
