It was bad for China in the China Open losing interest in the MD quite early and XD in the F.The Singapore Open is a disaster requiring an explanation. XD shut out by QF and even earlier exit for all 3 MD, then WeiYLZhaoTT lost in Rd 2 and all 5 entrants MS did nothing to show they were ready to play and win. The amazing thing is they lost to unknowns. ChenH and Bao played their usual erratic games - Chen has a habit of losing badly in the 2nd set after losing a close 1st set - the remember the 2 AE F he lost to Gopi and Hafiz when he should have won? Bao as usual is unable to close out final points in major tournaments - I thought he had put that behind him. Looks like the Chinese players over-trained for the TC and O and peaked too early. Before the O, LD had lost his winning streak and I was not surprised at his exit to Susillo. Once he went the others lost confidence - classical Ch team behaviour. They now have a hangover and they are paying for a slack period after the O.

Hey man, chill. China won 70% of the titles these pass 2 years, give them a break man. They were asked to enjoy themselves this time anyway. :)
