Sai Praneeth, Anand Pawar, Siril Verma and Sameer Verma. 2 Advance to semis S Praneeth and Sameer Verma Indian MD: 1 MD pair made quarters Sanyam Shukla/ Shlok Ramachandran they lost as I write this. Arjun MR/ Chirag Shetty were unlucky to face Kien Keet Koo/ Boon H Tan in Round 1 Womens Doubles did well: 3 WD in quarters: Aparna B/Prajakta S, J Meghana/K Maneesha, Pradnya G/Sikki Reddy Two WD Pradnya/SR and Aparna/PS advance to semis. Mixed Doubles did ok. 2.5 XD in quarters: Tarun K/Sikki Reddy, Prajakta S/ Malaysia, Arun Vishnu/ Aparna B 1.5 Advance to semis. Prajakta/Malaysia and Arun Vishnu/ AparnaB They need more exposure to these kind of tournaments.
Siril verma is just 15 years old. He won U-15 asian championships title in 2013 , when he was less than 14 years old. He was able to reach semifinals of IC event where olympian such as Niluka is partiticipating. I hope he will do well in the future.
