    Coming from head heavy rackets. Switching to even balance. What string will be perfect for this beast? I used 66um, 66f, lining no.1, aerobite boost, aerobite. Thinking of putting aerobite on it.

    Aerobite has great control and decent repulsion, rather bit muted sound. So go with your instinct, i prefer 66um/bg80

    I've got Z strikes, strings mostly perform similar to other rackets, so go with what you like.

    Some small personal thoughts:
    • the smaller head size makes hard strings a tad harder feeling for me
    • the grommets last pretty well, but don't replace with cheap grommets as they will cut easily and break strings
    • the racket has good feel, but can be harsh when mishit
    • i thought Aerobite was a bit soft feeling and sounding for my taste, but performed well. It did break quickly
    • LN1 was a tad soft for me, too, and the grip was weird at certain angles
    • BG80 was very hard but satisfying when hit well (also breaks fast)
    • GT5 was a happy medium for my personally in hardness, power, control/grip and durability for me (despite 12.5 kg (27.5 lbs) and 0.65mm).

    Singles = Aerobite (control)
    Doubles/Mixed = Aerosonic (repulsion power)
    Singles/Doubles/Mixed = BG66UM (good control and power)

    Aerosonic for doubles? :p

    I envy your wallet’s capabilities.

    Ultimax and No.1 are really good on it. @OP BG80 was also very nice and didn’t cut into grommets as quickly.

    AB Boost is amazing (personally preference) but aerosonic gets frayed up and snaps relatively quickly.

    I’d personally stick with no.1 if you’re more of a flat hitter (lasts quite a bit compared to other thinner gauges) and 80 if the game is more control based.
