It's refreshing to see Simon and Chen Jin in the final.

So, LD is unbeatable and can only lose when he's injured?
What a load of ~*&%! I don't know about the second set but he was alright in the first, and appeared to be injured early in the second one.

I am a bit annoyed the game didn't finish, but the thing that annoys me is people saying things like 'when ld loses, its because he was injured, or because he didn't try' So annoying. I thought SS had a great chance of winning, even a shout of winning straight sets with the momentum swinging in his favour. LD is very very good - but pls don't patronise his opponents when they manage to beat him... I'm sure SS would rather have finished the match.

Chen Jin is a real fighter with great defense and mental strength. Although I did not watch the game, I can imagine that CJ just beat Peter will his great defense and quickness.

Skillwise, he is still kind of raw. But he is definitely more dependable than BCL. The biggest hope in 08 Olympics for China should be Lin Dan and Chen Jin.

yeah, and a silly score beyond 20-20 as evidence LD was injured? You are having a laugh.... When it gets to 20-20, anything can happen... 22-20 is as likely as 30-29.

Seems I missed some of Chen Jin's recent development since the summer, he was good but I never saw him as that good. Saw LD make him look pretty awkward and slow.

Be a good final, its a rematch of the Asian Games matches [SS thrashed CJ in the first, then was defeated second time round, courtesy of some good advice from his coaches no doubt]. I think both are their respective countries equivalent, the up-and-coming players.

Going out on a limb, my money's on Santoso:D
