Hi,
I encountered an error code halfway through stringing a racket on my badminton stringing machine. The engine is an Ennoxx model.
I have tried to clean machine, restarted. Can't see anything got stuck.
Does anyone have tips on how to resolve this?

Go and address the issue to Tennisman. Never seen anything like that on my Ennoxx.

After trying all the self-tests, I unscrewed and opened the motor, disconnected and reattached the cables, and then the motor started working again.

I've reached out to Dirk at tennisman already. But seeing if anyone else knows.

My enoxx machine doesnt not activate the gripper via any of the switches. the glide to activate / slip switch / start button.
It turns on all fine and displays everything. I've tried the usual turn off and turn on again.





I havent dared opening it yet incase it voids the warranty.

Sometimes it displays error code 11 as unstable power source. But I have only every used the supplied power source and its has always been in the same plug outlet. I have only had it since June/July Last year.
 
My first guess would also go in the direction of a loosened connector somewhere on the inside. I'm afraid there is no way around opening it up at some point.
