CTC vs LD in the Semis would be a very very interesting match. LD in the final vs MZ would not be that interesting I think - even if I like to see MZ in the final for sure. As much as I like MZ to win this tournament, I think it is hard for him to beat LD should they meet in the final. I remember Marc lost tamely the last time they played.

But its upsetting to know that people call you a "narrow-minded nitwit". WYH struggled against Bae YJ who is owned by WSX. And WSX underperformed to be ousted by Akane Y. That's why I said when LXR withdrew from the tournament due to injury, she is doing everyone here a big favour because, other than her inexplicable massive meltdown once a year on the big occasions, she is practically unbeatable, esp versus the ROW.
Meanwhile the 2nd seed Ma/Xu lost to the unseeded KOR pair Eom/Yoo. Eom was very good at the net and was under a lot of pressure but she handled it very well.
today all the matches in WS were between China and ROW. Its interesting that china won 1 and ROW won 3 matches. It's even more interesting that the only Chinese to win was Liu Xin, and her higher ranked compatriots lost.
