Err...it's Angga/Rian, not Angga/Rendy Rendy/Rizki lost in the morning's match. Anyway, the match was very close and tight as I predicted....19-21, 21-19, 22-20 to Rian/Angga. Once again, Ulin/Berry displayed nerves while at match pts, esp against fellow competitors The results also confirm my belief that at the moment, Angga Pratama/Rian Agung Saputra deserve to be one of the main Pelatnas's pair as they are one of the 2 Pratama pairs (the other one is Andhika Anhar/Hendra Setyo Nugroho) that makes it to the QF to be played today.
INA probably won't do too well at the 2010 AJC. The golden batch was last year's stock... and we believe that even though the MAS pair won the WJC BD, in the longer run, INA's MD are going to be better. The talent potential of each of our players are just higher [ahem, we do have a larger overall population]. The won't peak as Juniors, but will peak at the Olympics. On the other hand, any many many MAS players peak as Juniors and have historically won many titles at WJCs and AJCs, but fail to win any Olympic gold medals...
That's so true ....... Although last year's WJC the INA Boys' Doubles should have bucked the trend and beaten the Malaysians.
Anyone know about Alamsyah Yunus, my fave player ?? Where is he now ?? I think he is still one of the top MS player in Indonesia...
Febby Angguni just defeated by Ganis..poor Febby, she's good but so unstable..im afraid she will end up like Rosaria Yusfin Pungkasari, will never be called back anymore to Pelatnas..well,i hope Hanna Ramadhini will win GS title this year..
Suprise !! Ganis beat top-seed Febby Angguni... SF1 : Ganis vs Hanna Ramadhini SF2 : Millicent IW vs Ana Rovita i hope Final : Hanna Ramadhini vs Ana Rovita
And then. I hope, Hanna can win AJC and WJC this year, or 2011 or maybe 2012 Lets dream, we will have the next Susi Susanti
yes, she will be Susi Susanti in Youth Olympic Games (1st gold medalist for INA).. oops..Ratchanok say : heyy...beat me first
still long way to go for Hanna..from her Facebook account,i know she is 1995 born (but official PBSI website wrote she is 1994 born)..ya,let's hope she will be our very own next Susi Susanti
Yeaaah..my favorite boy wiin.. Riyanto Subagja reach SF SF1 : Riyanto vs Alrie SF2 : Wisnu vs Andree Marten
And Hanna will answer : pleeaaaassee, we are friend, right ?? oh, no no... just fight hard as you can do. I will do my best and also pray hard so God will give me an "impossible" amazing result
As I thought some times ago during WJC, Andre is one of the brightest MS prospect, not because of his talent, but because of his endurance and his hard work. Lets wait, He just need time to prove his worth. Maybe a bit late to shine, but it will be a nice time for him to show the world who he is. Of course, PBSI have to give him opportunities to grow up. I'm quite sure, Andre is better than Ary Trisnanto (1st BS in team WJC event)
Well, we have seen how Rendy Sugiarto's partnership failed with Rizki DN. So, it's not just the individual talent...its how the pair will perform as a whole Without a good partner, Rendy will find it difficult to beat even the top Pratama pair or Ulin/Berry.
Dandi Prabudita/Jones Ralfy Jansen avenged their loss at the Astec Junior IC to Budi Hartono/Ricky Karanda Suwardi. However, the top-seed Didit/Seiko also lost surprisingly in 3-tight sets Dandi/Jones will meet their fellow Djarum mates Praveen Jordan/Rangga Yave Rianto. Let's see if Dandi/Jones can win the title this week!
See... hayom still better than tommy, i means at ''tournament''. Huuh... Just because tommy win at one selection match, then PBSI pick tommy than hayom?? Oh boy poor hayom, must get selection match at tommy's ''home''.. Why they not get the ''audition'' in netral place??
