Hi guys, we only have the rights to stream in Asia, so if you're based outside of Asia, perhaps you could check with wob.tv as I believe they own the rights outside of Asia. Hope it helps.
WOB will shut down after Thomas cup - so we gonna suffer again outside Astro area hopefully not for ages Bet365 is not my favorite source due to bad quality, watching CCTV is also very limited fun for multiple reasons But I'm surprised that even Boleh fans ask for tv coverage, is Astro no longer available as well?
Guys, I also been informed that Malaysians will not be able to view it as ASTRO has retained the internet rights. I apologize for the confusion, but unfortunately, there will not be any streaming available to Malaysians on www.totalsports.tv. :-(
then what's the point? Do you have any idea how you disappoint us? I don't have tv, I don't have astro, I don't like this country but fact cannot be changed, all I want is to watch the tournament, the only reason why is because of Lin Dan no one else attracted my interest, how? Please say a word if you know how for me, thanks.
Hi amsads, I totally understand, but unfortunately there's nothing we can do as the host broadcaster, Astro have retain exclusive rights to all platforms. I believe RTM will also be showing it and has sub-licensed it to Media Prima (TV3), so you'll be able to catch it on those channels as well.
Yeah Destricto_Ense, there will be 2 streams, 800k @ 720x576 and 400k @ 640x480, but this would depend on the format of the feed itself, whether 16:9 or 4:3 as both will be produced, hence the resolution will change accordingly. Hope it helps.
Hi Totalsportstv Is the service available to australia ( asia -pacific region )? The WOB.tv is only for Europe and Amercia ( there is a big note saying that when upon entering the website ) - and not for australia (does some one knows) - I managed to stream it for swiss open recently. Thanks
Yup, Trans7 will broadcast LIVE TUC 2010 but only session 1 (according to the schedule through its website -- http://www.trans7.co.id/frontend/news/view/no_cat/95 )
Hi Buddy, for Lin Dan CCTV5 should be your first choice or if you already stay in Malaysia just get your tickets and shake his hands!
cctv5 will broadcast from May 12 onwards http://simplybadminton.blogspot.com/2010/05/live-tv-coverage-thomas-uber-cup-finals.html
